Chic Winter Wedding

Take one beautiful Central London hotel, a stunning bride, an amazing wedding planner, a fantastic photographer and us and what have you got? A Euphoric wedding of course!! Back in November we had the pleasure of working at one of London’s most glamorous hotels, the Haymarket for the wedding of Suzanne and Declan. This wonderfully stylish event saw the ceremony take place in the Shooting Gallery of the hotel, followed by a drinks reception in the Library. While guests enjoyed champagne and canapes, the Shooting Gallery was transformed into a stunning setting for the wedding breakfast. The flower palette for this wedding included elegent calla lilies, white hydrangeas, white roses and blue eryngium thistle, which worked perfectly with the restrained colour scheme of the Shooting Gallery.

As an alternative to a traditional table plan, guests found their tables from an escort card table in the Library which we dressed with small cubes of flowers.

Luca and Olivia stole the day!
For the wedding breakfast we dressed the tables with the hotel’s wonderful candelabra and rings of hydrangeas, roses and thistle. For the evening celebrations, the hotel’s best kept secret came into it’s own; the amazing swimming pool! Furniture was moved, vases transported and the fabulous cup cakes from Peggy Porschen were served in London’s most glamorous basement! All this could not have happened without wedding planner, Lester Gethings from No.10 Wedding Design & Management who co-ordinated the entire event or, our good friend Lloyd Dobbie who captured the day so brilliantly with his wonderful photography.

White Christmas Wedding Flowers

What do you do on one of the snowiest weekends of the year? You do a wedding in Central London of course!!!
On the last saturday before Christmas, we drove very carefully through a blizzard to RIBA for the wedding of Jane and Phil. The flowers had a distinctly festive feel and couldn’t have been more apt with all the snow on the ground!

The Art Deco venue was the perfect background for the glittering arrangements we created for the ceremony and reception. Jane carried a snowy white bouquet of hydrangea and roses highlighted with diamante pins, and as her grandparents were unable to be at the wedding, we added a beautiful little photograph of them on their wedding day, which was a lovely way to include them in her special day

The festive flavour continued with white rose buttonholes highlighted with diamante pins and a touch of scented pine.

The reception was held in the Florence Hall with its soaring ceiling and wonderfully high windows. To complement these, we created high arrangements for the tables using silver glitter twigs, white hydrangea and delicate glass decorations.

As a finishing touch, the favours were in the form of gorgeous glass baubles.

Black and White Wedding

It’s a wet and windy day out there so we were glad of a short journey to the gorgeous Gore Hotel in Queens Gate, South Kensington for the wedding of Chris and Sara. Chris is one of the director’s of lifestyle management company Sincura and, as one of their chosen suppliers we were delighted to be asked to provide flowers for this wedding reception in the Tapestry Room of the hotel. A crisp black and white theme was the order of the day and pure white Calla lilies and black birch twigs suited this city wedding perfectly.

With a lavish display on the fireplace which dominates the room, the scene was set for an intimate dinner.
